We just passed the cafe and was intrigue about Turkish cousine. Did not dissappoint. The place is cozy and quiet. Definitely the food tastes good and has big portions. NO gamey taste for the lamb👍🏻

I've been to a lot of kebab places around Lower Hutt, and this place beats them all. Great price kebabs, generous portions, and they are juicy without getting soggy. The meat was grilled well, with good sized pieces and lots of crispy bits, and the kebab was wrapped so that you don't have to fight the tinfoil away before you can eat it. I also had the baklava, which at $8 is on the pricier side, but it was a good portion with plenty of syrup nuts and crunchy pastry. Today was my 3rd time here, and it will be my go-to kebab shop from now on.

Best Turkish restaurant in Petone. Service always top notch, feels like an authentic Turkish experience and the food is always so delicious! 5/5 one of my favourite places to eat in the Hutt Valley!

My second visit. Last time was Turkish coffee, apple tea and an excellent not-to-sweet baklava.
This time lunch was meze platter and lamb shish. Great flavoursome lamb, loved the stuffed vine leaves, and found my new favourite beetroot dip.
The only issue is that there is a lot of salt in some foods, e.g. the zucchini fritters we bought for a 1 year old.
We appreciated the atmosphere, decor and our alcove in the window.
Staff are very good, again.
